What Participants Receive From the Tier Pivot Performance Cycle
Every participant follows the same structured Performance Cycle. The objective is not to provide motivation or coaching. The objective is to identify the primary performance constraint, assign the appropriate intervention, and measure what changes.
The process begins with the Tier Pivot Baseline Assessment. The results establish the participant’s current performance profile across four performance domains.
Using those results, Tier Pivot assigns a targeted Performance Pivot that addresses the participant’s primary operational constraint. The participant implements the assigned Pivot during the structured implementation period before completing the Delta Assessment.
The Delta Assessment measures performance movement following implementation. The comparison between Baseline and Delta data becomes the foundation of the participant’s Performance Intelligence Report.
- Each report documents:
- Baseline performance profile
- Assigned Performance Pivot
- Delta performance profile
- Performance movement by domain
- Intelligence findings supported by evaluation data
- Performance truths derived from measured results
The report is not written to impress the participant. It is written to reveal what the evaluation uncovered. Every conclusion must be supported by measurable performance movement.
