Accreditation Alignment

Tier Pivot’s structure mirrors the published standards of ICT and SHRM. While formal accreditation is underway, all operational systems already comply with the ethical, data-integrity, and outcome-measurement criteria established by both organizations. We maintain full audit-ready documentation, internal trainer records, and delta-based verification logs to support formal review and validation.

Documentation & Governance

All Tier Pivot materials — from cue scripts to composure metrics — are governed under U.S. copyright and trade-secret law. Session data is retained for three years to meet ICF/SHRM audit requirements. Only Tier Pivot-certified coaches operate inside the encrypted system, maintaining confidentiality and precision from first entry to delta review.

Coach Accreditation Readiness

Each Tier Pivot coach completes a certification path that aligns with the ICF Core Competencies (2021 Framework) and the SHRM Behavioral and Leadership Domains (BASK). This ensures that every live session upholds measurable composure, ethical presence, and quantifiable clarity. Our training files, qualification templates, and mapping tables are maintained as part of Tier Pivot’s internal accreditation archive: Control Code TPC-ACC-2025-01.
